If you’re seeking a peaceful, meaningful and sustainable vacation in the Portuguese countryside we warmly welcome you to our eco-project. Our surroundings are abundant with natural simple beauty, including the gentle olive trees, and our environment reflects our passion for creativity and sustainability, which we’ve been cultivating for the past 15 years.
Our accommodations provide guests with a simple, comfortable and eco-friendly stay. We take pride in our sustainable practices and offer the opportunity for guests to witness them in action observing our on-going agro-forest, eco contructions and arts, and if they wish, also participating with hands on projects.
Exploring the Portuguese countryside is a journey into tranquility and authenticity. Rolling hills, picturesque villages, and vineyards. From savoring local cuisine to meeting warm-hearted locals, the countryside offers a genuine glimpse into Portugal’s soul. It’s a chance to escape the hustle and bustle, immerse in rich history, and rediscover the beauty of simplicity.
In addition to experiencing sustainable living and enjoying your own explorations, each stay includes a tour and presentation of this Eco-project, and each weekly stay includs a wellness activity of your choice (apart from the Cacao Ceremony and the reflexology that need to be requested separatly). You are also welcome, if you wish, to participate in sustainable or creativive projects that are currently underway. To know more about the activities check here.
In the surrounding area there are several places to refresh, from the Nisa pool (2km away), a beautiful dam (15km away), a small but incredible waterfall (30km away), Sever river, the cleanest in Portugal (30km away). There are several monuments and historic sites to visit nearby, such as Castelo de Vide and Marvão. The best thing is to have your own car. Otherwise, you will have a ride on arrival and departure, as well as some trips to the supermarket. You may require a 3-4 hour excursion to the pool or lake at a friendly price.
