These Terms & Conditions contain important information, please read them carefully.
These Terms & Conditions apply to anyone who comes to Tribodar Learning Center, a project of Happiness Everywhere associação, further called the participant.
If you do not agree with all or part of these conditions, you should not come to Tribodar or participate in its activities.
Coming to Tribodar shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these Terms & Conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them.
In the event of any breach of these Terms & Conditions, Happiness Everywhere retains the right to end the participants’ stay, and in any case, to retain any monies paid for the next weekly period.
Proper identification may be demanded before entering the Tribodar project site.
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any presence at Tribodar after these changes have been publicised on the Website, will be bound to the new Terms & Conditions.
Tribodar is open to all ages. Children under the age of 16 years that attend Tribodar must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Loss or damage to property or persons
Entrance to and presence at Tribodar is at the participant’s’ own risk. Happiness Everywhere associação or its members will NOT be held responsible for loss or damage to property or persons whilst attending this event.
You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at Tribodar by you or your invitees.
Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a Tribodar responsible or other person acting for Tribodar, behaves against the peaceful atmosphere at Tribodar or in ways offensive to the ideas behind the project may be ejected from the Site.
Tribodar is a space of freedom and no prejudice. It is a space for free spirits based on values such as peace, art, environment, celebration, culture, education and love. Please respect your brothers and sisters and the nature around you. Don’t engage in negative behaviour towards others.
Participation in all activities on site is voluntary and at visitors’ own risk.
Photographic, video or audio reproduction
Photographic, video or audio reproduction of Tribodar is allowed for nice and/or interesting purposes that are extremely unlikely to offend or portray negatively the people involved, or the organisation and festival itself.
Participants consent to their inclusion in official photographic, visual & audio recordings of Tribodar as members of the audience.
Animals are not permitted, other than registered guide or hearing dogs.
Fires and explosives
Any activity involving fire or great heat is strictly forbidden between April 15 and October 15. Forest fires are a great concern and much care must be exercised at all times. No fires, barbecues, pyrotechnic devices, flares, lanterns allowed unless explicit authorization has been granted by the Tribodar Management.
Smoking will only be allowed in certain well-protected areas and there will be a designated cooking space near the camping area between April 15 and October 15.
Waste and environment
Tribodar cares for the environment and community. Please be respectful and place any litter in the recycle or other bins provided around the project site. Be waste and water wise – thank you.
Please respect our town and neighbours and do not create excessive noise or litter while travelling to and from the project site.
The Tribodar Organization is committed to protecting your privacy: any information given to us will be used for the sole and express purpose of fulfilling your participation request. Your confidentiality is as important to us as it is to you.
Any clause in these terms & conditions is valid independently of all others.
In case of legal action taken up against or by the Tribodar Organization, the competent court shall always be in Nisa, Portugal or the closest, in case of other incompatibilities; and the language of the suit portuguese.
